Camp Fire USA CC Riders Kids Protest Pictures
We stood outside the gates at the reception for new Camp Fire USA Heart of Oklahoma Council Executive Director Kim Kamp Leslie. The kids held up signs and waved at the passing cars and the cars entering the reception. Many people waved back and several cars stopped and asked what we were protesting about so we told them. I hope the Council got our message.

How sad that a simple pleasure such as riding horses, can cause so much grief. I hope Camp Fire USA, thinks hard and long on this action. Sue

I was a Campfire Girl. We raised our money to go to places with horses to ride; but giving children 11 days to raise that kind of money is a travesty, especially for the less fortunate. If this is the present day Campfire Girls, I’m ashamed to admit to being one, and will support the Girl Scouts from now on!
