Email from Program Director News/Talk 1430 WXNT

I sent an email to the Program Director at News/Talk 1430 WXNT when my buddy Skerdog told me that they would no longer be syndicating The Glenn Beck Show. Here is what I wrote:

I cannot believe you are not going to have Glenn Beck on M-F anymore. That is the worst decision you could have made. I will not be listening to your station anymore. Glenn has the best show on Talk Radio. I guess from now on I will listen to Glenn on his website and stop listening to your station.

Program Director Andrew Lee from News/Talk 1430 WXNT responded to me by email this mourning:

Unfortunately, Glenn’s show never really did too well in the ratings for us, so we felt it was time to make a change and try something new… I hope you’ll give the new line-up a listen, and please continue to feel free to drop me a line anytime with your thoughts/feedback. We do keep track of listeners comments and consider them when evaluating our schedule.

I don’t buy the, “Glenn’s show never really did too well in the ratings for us,” crap. Skerdog, your going to have to break down and become a Glenn Beck Insider.
