Hamas: [Liberals] Gave Us Confidence to Continue Suicide-Bombings
This same tactic, I believe, is being used in America’s WAR ON TERROR. TERRORIST propaganda is targeted at the left in America to try to divide this country and to get us to argue and fight amongst ourselves. The TERRORIST have studied past American wars, such as, Vietnam and they know the only way America can be beat is if we beat ourselves. The Left in this country is trying to win the US Presidential election by rehashing the Vietnam War. This is playing right into the hands of the TERRORISTS. If Iraq turns into another Vietnam because of the misinformation from the Left and the elite media, if the major news media continues to portray the war in IRAQ as a miserable failure (which in fact it is just the opposite) they are aiding the enemy. I believe this tantamount to TREASON. I am not advocating eliminating free speech, what I am suggesting is to help your country win the WAR ON TERROR. Help your country not the TERRORISTS.
Update (9/10 7:10PM): Alex at icemittal’s blog was inspired to post a post about this post (say that three time real fast). I don’t think he got what I was trying to say. Here is the comment I posted at his site to clarify my position:
Good post, but I think you missed the part of my post where I said, “I am not advocating eliminating free speech,” I am simply suggesting speech that purposely lies in an effort to weaken America to win the Presidential election is playing right into the hands of the TERRORISTS. Not everyone that calls the President a liar and a failure is fully aware that they are incorrect. The leaders of the Democrats know that most of their statements are lies, but they hide their lies behind free speech. I do not believe free speech is defined by purposeful lies; it is an avenue for repressed truths. Lying to weaken America should be treated as Treason. Thanks for the debate.
