San Fran Man Beheading Hoax
Ben Vanderford, lives at 1510 Eddy St. Apt #1311 San Francisco, CA 94115 or so he claims before his head is cut of in a new video that showed up on the internet today. Problem with this video it does not fit the patern of previously released TERRORIST beheading videos. Vanderford also has a website that says he is running for City Supervisor of San Franfreako.(website load slow) So is this video a schem to get media publicity? You can call Ben at 510-825-0387 or email him at vanderford2004@yahoo.com and ask him yourself if this is a hoax.
On the video (excerpt from NIN):
He sat on a chair in a dark room, his hands behind his back, trembling and rocking back and forth.
“We need to leave this country alone. We need to stop this occupation,” he said, adding that he had been offered for exchange with prisoners in Iraq.
“We need to leave this country right now,” he said. “Everyone’s going to be killed this way.”
The video then showed him “beheaded” with a large knife.
Vanderford seems to be a Stupid Anti-War Pro-TERRORIST Leftist Democrat/Socialist. On the bottom of his website, he has what should be a Copyright logo but of course, he is such a Liberal that he thought he would be cute and put © Copyleft Ben Vanderford. I know this sounds harsh, but I hope for this guy’s sake this video is real or there is going to be many Americans that will kick his ass.

Update (8/7 11:34AM): Fox News has an update about this story. They interviewed the guy and he said he was not sorry for making the video. He said he did it as a stunt to help his campaign. Moreover, he pretty much said he wanted his ass kicked.

Update (8/8 12:50AM): It seems many bloggers have latched onto this story. One of the more extensive post can be found at Outside The Beltway. Some bloggers are saying that they have had trouble getting onto this jacknuggets website. Well I found his website this mourning and I have posted all his contact info above.

The FBI questioned Benjamin Vanderford, 22, shortly after the hoax became public. “We will pursue any and all legal avenues for prosecution,” said FBI special agent LaRae Quy of the bureau’s San Francisco office. “At this point the matter is still under investigation.” (more)
I hope they make an example of this Leftover. I am sure most of his Left-coast friends thought this video was funny, but I bet the wife of Paul Johnson, that received this letter (hat tip to Allah), would not find this video entertaining. Why in the hell would anyone in their right mind mock such terrible tragedies? I will answer my own question: because Vanderford is not in his right mind, he has a mental disease called Liberalism.
Update (8/8 8:40PM) Ramblings Journal has a story and a link to a press release that Benjamin Vanderford, Robert Martin & Laurie Kirchner, co-producers of the hoax video sent out a press realese. Sorry, but their excuss for this Hoax Video didn’t change my mind. Someone out there now has three asses to kick.

This guy Ben may be a jerk, but “copyleft” isn’t a political joke. It’s an expression used by writers of open-source software. It asserts ownership but grants readers permission to make copies according to the “GNU” software license.

Just like all morons the people on here are pigeonholing Ben, Robbie, and Laurie to be Liberal.
I understand why people do ths, it makes it easier for the event of the fake beheading easier to fit into their predetermined world view.

Its hilarious for me to continue reading incorrect posts about Ben. Especially people who think he was protesting the war. This is completely not true. He is merely stating a believable thing in the video as if he were a real hostage.
