I’m still alive…

How, I don’t know.

Over 13 fatalities occurred in this storm line and in times like these you wonder what is important to you.

Items I tried to save were 2 sentimental plushies and my mp3 player…Oh, and my Mom too.
We bunkered in someone elses basement and had a pretty ok time. To find out the brunt of it decided to skip us and we merely had to drive through a river to get home.

Odd times. I blame Al Gore.

   LoF - I am glad to hear you are OK, as I have lived through tornadoes myself, and bad weather in general (well, bad enough to seek shelter) is NOT fun! I blame AlGore too, as he releases more hot air than MY CAR! BTW - did you go back for the plushies and MP3 player, or did you get those, then go back for Mom?

   We were looking at the Weather Channel’s website at work today as seeing that shitte-storm the south is enduring. Makes the snow we’re getting look like clear and sunny. Good to hear you’re ok.
