Zell Miller to go Republican?— John Little from Blogs of Wars
Rumors are flying:
Congressman David Dreier was just on Hugh Hewitt’s show and told the audience that there’s a rumour floating around that Zell Miller will formally change his party affiliation to Republican when he gives the keynote address at the Republican National Convention next week.

I almost hope it doesn’t. Zell Miller is one of maybe 4 or so dems I actually like. Be ashamed to remove one of the last remaining threads of decency from the democrap party.

I don’t think so… I read his book and he is actually proud to be a Democrat. I think once they get their act back together and stop being so dangerous for the survival of the nation, Zell will be back to his usual self.
Just my opinion.
And honestly, it really doesn’t matter much anyway, he’s retiring soon.

Yeah I agree, I am getting ready to watch Zell Miller speak at the RNC and I think he is going to stay a Dem, but it sure would be nice to see more Dems like Zell.
